Pack Fresh VIP System: How It Works
At Pack Fresh, we’re more than a business—we’re a community.
A community built on trust, not just in what we sell but in how loyalty is recognized.
The goal of our new VIP program is simple: to make sure the collectors who keep showing up feel valued, appreciated, and rewarded.
The Basics
Our community is organized into four tiers – Villager, Adventurer, Guardian, and Champion. Your tier is based on how much you’ve spent with Pack Fresh over the past 90 days.
In other words, our VIP program works on a rolling 90-day system — rewarding the collectors who are actively supporting Pack Fresh right now. As your 90-day spend grows, each new tier unlocks even bigger perks.
Reach $500 or more in rolling 90-day spend and you’ll unlock VIP perks. Every qualifying purchase renews your 90-day benefit period from the date payment is received. If those purchases bring your 90-day total to a higher tier threshold, you’ll lock in 90 days of benefits at that higher tier.
Maintaining Your Tier
Your VIP tier is based on your current 90-day spend total. When your total reaches a tier threshold, your benefits for that tier are locked in for 90 days. Every qualifying purchase renews your benefits for another 90-day period, measured from the date payment is received..
If your 90-day total drops below a tier threshold, you’ll continue to enjoy your current benefits until the end of your existing 90-day term—giving you time to reach the required spend again. Your account page provides clear tools showing how much you need to spend (and by what date), so your progress is always transparent and in your hands.
Legacy Grace Period
When the new system launches on November 15, 2025, every current VIP will begin at Guardian status—our thank-you for helping build this community. You’ll enjoy Guardian-level perks through December 31, 2025; after that, the regular rolling 90-day criteria will apply to everyone.
VIP FAQs
I just made a purchase but my status isn’t updated yet. What’s going on?
VIP status updates after payment is processed. As soon as payment clears, your new spend total—and any tier upgrades—will appear automatically.
My VIP benefits were extended, but the end date looks sooner than expected—why?
Your 90-day window starts from the date payment is received. Extensions add a new 90-day term from that date, not from your previous end date.
Will I lose benefits immediately if my 90-day spend dips below a tier?
No. You keep your current tier until the end of your existing 90-day term, giving you time to re-qualify.
Do refunds affect my tier?
Yes. Refunded amounts are removed from your 90-day spend.
Do taxes or shipping count toward spend?
No. Spend is calculated on product subtotal only.
Will I get a heads-up if I’m close to leveling up (or down)?
Yes. We’ll email reminders near tier boundaries. Your account page also shows progress and deadlines.
What counts as a “qualifying purchase”?
Any purchase that reaches or maintains a tier threshold. Each qualifying purchase renews benefits for 90 days from payment date.
How does the automatic VIP discount work?
VIPs receive an automatic 1–3% discount depending on tier, applied to eligible items.
Does the automatic VIP discount stack with site-wide promos?
Not unless specifically noted for a promotion.
Where can I see my current 90-day spend and tier progress?
Visit your account page for a live tracker showing your spend, current tier, and benefit end date.
Something looks wrong with my status—what do I do?
Contact us through the site or reply to any Pack Fresh email. We’ll review your history and correct if needed.

We built our VIP program to thank the people who keep Pack Fresh thriving. Over time it became harder to reward our most loyal collectors the way they deserve. Some would hit the old $500 threshold once and only return when limited-run products dropped at MSRP—leaving the regulars who show up month after month waiting behind one-time buyers.
